THE STORY BEHIND SALT & LIGHT
As a Certified Light Therapist, proud Snohomish local, and founder of Salt & Light Wellness, my journey with light therapy began very personally.
My husband was facing a serious neck surgery when we discovered Firefly Light Therapy. After just six sessions, we witnessed remarkable changes in his condition, and ultimately, he was able to avoid surgery altogether.
That experience changed the direction of my life. It ignited my passion for light therapy and inspired me to help others discover new possibilities for healing, recovery, and a better quality of life.
What began as something deeply personal became the foundation for what I do today at Salt & Light Wellness.
